*Return Policy*

RMA # is required for all returns.  This helps us in keeping track of returns. Please make sure you have tried all the troubleshooting tips above before requesting an RMA. If returning for a refund, you can expect a refund in the same form of payment within 5-7 business days of your return arriving at the warehouse.

Package the cartridges carefully in the original packaging and include a copy of your invoice, with the RMA # given by support.  Wrap any opened cartridges in an airtight bag to prevent ink from leaking out and staining other items in the box.  Please write RMA # on outside of box. If additional items need to be added to an existing RMA, please call and add to RMA prior to sending.  If item is not on RMA, credit will not be issued.

Refused packages may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.  PrinterFreaks must be notified of any misships or shortships within 10 business days.

Please note that all cartridges are weighed for usage; all cartridges sent back to us that have more than 25% usage will be pro-rated accordingly. </body>
